If you are a manager, executive coach or organizational consultant the question of improving leadership skills and capacity, your own and others, is central to your work.  Part of the answer is in the many training courses and coaching methods that enhance knowledge, skills and abilities. These courses and methods are helpful, but as we all know, great training and coaching does not guarantee a great or even a good leader. There is another less tangible aspect of developing leadership skills that needs to be part of the equation. On October 18 join Bill Bauman in Falls Church  to explore the dynamics of Enlightened Leadership. Enlightened leaders make happen what needs to happen. Their decisions draw upon an inner field of wisdom and inspiration. They are able to let of emotional reactions and judgments that would disrupt their connection to their inner resources. You will come away from the day with a deeper appreciation and understanding of your own inner resources for enlightened leadership.
